What are the Australians famous for except a kangaroo and a koala? Glamorous sex diva Kylie Minogue, sweet-voiced Darren from Savage Garden… and, of course, super agent Nikita. That's because a sporty blonde, future super agent Peta Wilson was born in Sydney. And since her childhood she got close to the Australian nature and the culture of the Papuans in Papua New Guinea.

The reason why the family traveled a lot was because of military duties of Peta's father: he was a junior officer in the Australian army. And he grew his daughter almost in a military way. That's why agent Nikita was prepared for her role since young age. But nobody formed her acting skills. She even got a role only of a tree in a school play. But the girl didn't suffer much about that. She got lucky with her looks. When she was offered to work as a model, she didn't even doubt that the experience, which she got playing a tree, would be enough for a model career. Soon she got famous in Australia. But she didn't achieve much success beyond the borders of her native country. But Peta suddenly fell in love with acting, and she went to the theatrical school and then to the film studio.

She went to the casting for the role of Nikita full of doubts. But they chose her immediately. And they were right. The audience loved Peta so much that the creators of the tv-series had to film more episodes about Nikita. “Nikita”'s success in Russia brought Peta as a guest to the XXIII Moscow international film festival, where she created a furor. And now Peta experiences a completely new role: she became a mother that, as you know, requires strength of a super agent.
